Florence room
A warm and pleasant atmosphere in pink and dark red colors

The Florence room is located on the first floor on the southeast side. You will savor the exceptional high ceilings, as well as magnificent period parquet flooring, wall fabrics and luxurious fireplaces as you enter through an anteroom. A living room with two armchairs as well as a vanity unit and two cupboards are at your disposal

The Florence Room was named after one of the three Stephens sisters who lived at Huseby Castle in the late 19th century in Småland, southern Sweden. Miss Florence Stephens Mrs. Stephens lived in and managed the family castle after her father’s death until his death in 1979. Additionally, she was a much-discussed figure in society and had close ties to the Swedish royal family. Therefore, we thought it would be an excellent tribute to this distinguished lady and her family to name the rooms in our castle after a member of this historic Swedish family. In this way, we once again connect our current way of living and working with an important phase of our common past.

Enjoy the sunrise over the park when you wake up next to the large sequoia.
